Started Exante Today :)

#1
Hi everyone, i've just started Exante, I was wondering if i'm doing it correctly? I had a cereal bar for breakfast, shake for lunch and will have the soup later. I am drinking 3 litres of water is this enough? I think I read somewhere that I can have black tea or coffee, Is splenda sweetener okay? Also am I allowed to drink Dr. pepper zero? Think I read that somewhere too! Thanks :) will be posting on the other threads a lot during this diet! :) xx

I was very tired the first 11 days or so then it got better :)
Oh that's good to hear i'm not the only one. I'm so exhausted :( I woke up with a sort of hangover this morning, hope this goes soon, i'm only on day 2! haha xx

Also, I woke up at about 2 or 3 a.m realllly craving food, like food I don't even like, is it bad I had this on the first day? I really thought this diet would be perfect for me as before the diet I hardly ate anyway, just drank tons and tons of sugary drinks (which I think is why I put all this weight on) :( do you think it's like a withdrawal from sugar? xx

Hi probably, your body takes time to wean itself off sugar. You will feel better as it goes on. I like water, green tea Coke Zero wasn't too bad either - sitting in the sun.
I used to dream 'food' when I first started but that has gone now.
It works and it gets better. Good luck.

Well done on getting started! You know what, I found feeling tired can be a bit of a blessing sometimes. Especially in the first week or so when you crave food. In the evening if you're more tired than usual you can go to sleep and when you wake up you can have your shake! :) I remember going to sleep thinking, can't wait until tomorrow so I can have my next shake lol.

You've made the hardest part of the journey, now you just have to keep your focus and eyes on the target and you'll be there before you even realised you had left the first few weeks :)

Thanks for the encouragement! :)
I keep feeling quite poorly and weak today but i'm hoping it's me weaning myself off sugar. I came up in a rash last night and felt really faint, but I didn't drink as much water as I should so hopefully this doesn't happen tonight, if it does I might have to go to the doctors :( i hate going to the doctors haha. x

I felt really weak when I first started Lipotrim. Hope you are ok, though and that you don't need to go to the doctor :(. I have a hunger headache big style at the moment!
