Started takin Xenical today

Well went for the 1st time bk to the doctors to get weighed and I have lost 9lbs since 16th Aug well chuffed with my self. Decided not going to weigh my self at home as I only thought I lost 5lbs and I hadn't ?

Sorry didn't notice your Message there!... Change is as good as a rest Hun ... Every ones different and have there own path to follow so I'll not fill you with mindless advise!... Saying that I have a diet buddy that I bumped in to one my first few days on here.. I've found that to be great.. being of similar height n weight this has been ideal.. "might be an idea" ... But again it's your choice! ..
