Started today.....

Hit a bit of a wall and been stuck at 230 pounds for 2 weeks now almost.

I think it's time to come off Exante and get a healthy eating plan and up the exercise to lose the last 10-15 pounds or so.

Good thing is my moobs have now dissapeared. Just the beer gut left to go haha
 
Well finally got pass that barrier of staying the same for 2 weeks.

Down to 227pounds
 
Just an update. Came off Exante the beginning of July as I was having bad stomach cramps and doctor said it was possible gallstones from the rapid weight loss. Was advised to stay off for a while till they pass.

Anyway down to 218 pounds now from healthy eating and regular exercise. I eat 6 small meals a day and still losing 3-4lbs a week.

Just a typical days plan

Breakfast
One slice of Wholegrain seeded bread toasted
One small glass of orange juice
1/2 cup mixed berries

Mid Morning
One large banana
1/2 pack Unsalted nuts

Lunch
Turkey or Pork on Wholegrain seeded sandwich with tomato and lettuce
One Apple

Mid Afternoon
1/2 pack Unsalted nuts
1/2 cup mixed berries

Dinner
Fresh Salmon with a small jacket potato and 100g of mixed veg

2hours before bed
1 glass of milk or an exante shake.

Seems a lot after being on exante but it makes me feel great and my skin is spotless and look hydrated.

Hope other people can use the plan I have posted.

Also natural yoghurt is the way forward.

Could eat that by the tub. Health benefits for your digestive system is second to none
 
Thats excellent !
It is a good food plan, and not too high in carbs !
I hope to follow something similar in about 3 months after Exante :D
