I'm off to Blackpool tomorrow til thurs and will be continuing on the alternate days as obv u have to do it for two weeks before mixing it up but I feel confident I can keep it up x x
 
End of first day.

468 cals. Quite chuffed, and enjoying my curly wurly ahead of tomorrow's up day, (although already fed up with home made soup!)
