Starting a VLCD

Hello there

Im a 20 stone male and looking to lose some weight before I go on holiday late July so I am planning on starting a VLCD. just not 100% sure what a day on the diet consists of or if what I think is sufficient enough.

2 shakes a day one for breakfast and one for Lunch but im not sure what to have for dinner? what would you recommend ?

Can i have 3 shakes a day ?
