What are you eating? I looked at the web site and fancied the bars and meals but don't like milk shakes and you sort of put me off the porridge ;-)

Is it expensive and do you pay a weekly fee to see the consultant besides paying for the "food" ?

I'm saying nothing about the cakes other than I feel quite sick !!!!!

Just got home from hospital in Wales where Bills sister is via the hospital where his dad is.

Chris has had a massive stroke, is unconscious and is fitting. Doctor said she won't pull through and they are just keeping her comfortable.
Came home as we had to go to see Bills dad. He is really confused, had fell and was crying when we got there as he thought we weren't going !!!
Tried to tell him about his daughter but we just couldn't make him understand so had a long talk with staff who are going to talk to him again later on. It's so sad to see him like this

Well I ate nothing from getting up this morning until we got home an hour ago. Called at chip shop and bought a fish which I put between 2 rounds of bread and wolfed it down. Now I feel sick !

We both fancy a drink but can't have any ( as 1 leads to 2 leads to 3 etc ) in case we get a phone call during the night as we need to share the driving as Bill can't drive far now.

Well lets hope I can start putting some good news on here soon .

Oh my god :( I'm really sad for you all. Must be awful! I can't even imagine how awful it must be. Wouldn't even be thinking about dieting!

I agree with Nikki, forget the diet at the moment, but remember as well as looking after everyone else you have to look after yourself as well. We need to start calling you superwoman I think.

Not much change here.
Christine still with us but never regained consciousness.
Frank still as confused as ever and me and Bill doing the 2hour trip to Wales early every morning to spend time at Chris's bedside then the 2hour trip back late afternoon to get to see Frank in his hospital bed and try to have a sensible conversation with him.
Then home at 8pm with a load of mucky washing from Franks bedside !!!

You are looking amazing Nik. Your willpower must be sooooooooooo strong, you've put us all to shame. :). Go you, bikini body ready for the summer :).

I'm still around just seem to be on the go non stop. We've been assigned a social worker already for our adoption assessment and have our first meeting on Tuesday :). Excited.com :). We started to sort the attic last weekend to get rid of the crap and to make room for the bits we want to keep. We've only got 1 spare room which is jam packed at the mo so need to clear some space. Want to make sure the house is immaculate for our visit. I know they don't judge as such but first impressions count. Just can't believe where time is going its nearly Easter !!!!!
