Starting again. Food diary, extra easy. From home Budfies wanted.

Hey guys, so im bavk again. I lost 1/2 a stone last month, but I just kept putin lbs back on, ive been informed that was due to my contraception. That runs out as if today, so today is a new beginning. I wil try and post y food diary every day, but with two children its not always possible. Il try post pictures with my diary. Hope theres people thatcan help me out aswell
 
HEXA -190ml skimmed milk 30grams of cheese
HEXB -

Breakfast -
2x poached egg
Baked beans
1 slice white toast (ran of of brown) 3syns
Satsuma

Lunch - went to the cafe while we was shopping at tesco.
Jacket potatoe, with cheese and salad. (1 syn for marg)

Dinner -
Burgers made using lean beef mince and red onion, salt and paprika.
Fried onions in fry light
Side salad (lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, pepper, cucumber)
Sw fries.
Bread roll ×2 (11 syns) :eek:
Slice of dairylea light cheese x2 (5syns)
Ketchup (2 syns)

Snacks -
Tesco white choco cookie (3.5)

Drinks -
Tea
Orange squash (no adeed sugar)

Total syns = 25.5 :eek: not as bad as I thought it would be for my first day.

2x jacket potato
