Starting Alizonne

Afternoon all. l've just signed up with Alizonne, had my bloods done yesterday and have my first combined treatments tomorrow. Can anyone give me any pointers/tips about the sachets? l haven't eaten meat for years, don't like curry/spicy stuff, and l'm a bit worried about getting bored and losing motivation. l've seen a few comments that some of the sachets are disgusting (ie tomato soup) and that others seem to be universally popular (hot chocolate). Any helpful ideas very gratefully received!!

Hi, I am am also starting the alizonne and just bad my bloods done, I am nervous about the food
As am a really fussy eater am at the knowsey clinic and they very kindly gave me a taster veg soup
That wasn't to bad would love to hear suggestions also
