Starting CD Soon

I`m meeting my CDC on Monday evening, so exictied.
I have been on Atkins for around 4 months and lost 2 stones, but this past month i have come to a complete standstill, so onto CD for a new start.
As i`m still low carbing, just wanted to know whether it`ll make the start of CD easier.
Has anyone else gone from Atkins to CD.
Also whats the nicest flavours of soups/shakes?
 
Hiya - yes being in ketosis with low carbing can make the transition much easier, much like a preparation week. Wishing you much luck :vibes:
 
Hiya, welcome to CD :)

I find the nicest shakes for me are toffee & walnut, butterscotch, chocolate & chocolate mint. However you are best starting off with trying as many as you can in your first week and see what you do/dont like - everyone is really different and what some people could love others can hate!
 
I`m also doing a 10k run in october, just wondering if i`ll have any problems with training on CD.
Will i have to shorten runs, or maybe have an extra shake on run days?????
