Attack Starting Dukan diet for the second time!

    Hello, I've started the Dukan Diet this week and I would like some advice because I'm not loosing as much as I think I should and would like to know if I'm doing things right.

    I live in Myanmar, and it's not so easy for me to find the right products.

    I started last Monday 18/08 and I wanted to do the attack phase for 7 days, until tomorrow Sunday 24/08.

    The main problems I have is finding oat and wheat bran (without the germ). So I use normal wheat and oat found in the supermarkets.

    Second is, I don't find 0% fat dairy products. I find 99% fat free, but with glucose inside (not plain). Is this ok or not?

    Third, is is ok to use Psyllium Husk? I put some in the wheat/oat pancakes and it helps it keep together and also good for transit. I don't think it contains anything that could keep me from losing wait on this specific diet. Am I wrong?

    Are chicken sausages ok?

    Is chicken ham ok even if the label doesn't say its lean or fat-free?

    I do drink minimum 1,5L water per day, with some lime/lemon squeezed into it, but I only go to the restroom 2 or 3 times a day. Is the lime ok? Shouldn't I be going more often to the restroom?

    Other than that I eat mostly lean meats, fish, sea food, eggs, skimmed milk.

    I found some low-fat mayonnaise but it tastes sweet and I suspect there is glucose in it too...

    I also eat tomato paste/sauce (not ketchup). Is this ok?

    Lastly, is drinking clay ok during this diet? It also helps with transit.

    I had done the Dukan diet a few years ago when I lived in France and it worked really well, I remember losing 2-3 kgs on the very first few days. This time, I've lost a few grams, and my weight seems to go down, up - down just a few grams in a few days. But I didn't really lose any kilos...

    Since I'm a bit unsatisfied with this first phase, i was thinking of pursuing it until next week. 7 more days. Would this be ok, since maybe I haven't been doing it too well the first week? In this new week, I could try doing it even more strictly an avoiding some things if they are wrong.

    Let me know if anyone can help me or give me some good advice. I'm really motivated and want this to work for me.
