    Hello:wavey:

Starting Exante today after followings Atkins for the past 3 weeks...need to take the f word out of the equation for a while to get me back on track...and reading others weight losses on Exante has made me realise I need to get back on the packs!

I had a few packs left from my last attempt on Exante, so have decided enough is enough and I'm back on TFR.
Want to get down to 12st 8lb as that's the weight I was when I went on holiday last Oct and I was happy then. Ive given up smoking as well, which hasn't helped as the pounds have steadily crept back on!

Sorry for long ramble.... I am a diet hopper at the moment but hoping to stay with Exante as I know food packs work as lost 54 lbs with LL last year from June to Sept and a few more pounds with Exante until I started mucking about:)

    Hi!

I just ordered my first pack yesterday and am waiting to start. I have my water and coke zero ready (Bogof at sainsbury's :D)

Feeling pretty nervous about it if i'm honest.

Just wanted to wish you luck.

    Hi Scunnybunny:)

TFR does work very well indeed! I have found the first 3-4 days are challenging but once you get into ketosis you will be away. Drinking plenty of water helps a lot with weigh loss and with the yucky feeling you will have for the first few days. I kept a 75ml bottle of water with me at all time and sipped at it when needed and refilled with tap water.

Thanks for the tip (bogof @ Sainsburys!)

You will be fine and don't be nervous...its a great way of losing weight:)

Much luck to you too and I know posting on this site helps alot.:)

Hopefully if I get through the first few days it will all come a little easier.

Unfortunally our tap water is awful and I can't drink it, but I just buy cheap bottled water from the shop for 16p for 2 litres. I know its probably only filtered tap water but hey ho thats fine by me at least its drinkable :D

I think I will definitely get a diary started it seems to work for quite a few people on here.

    Much luck to you to

Good luck to you all - the fist week is challenging but worth it when you have your first weigh in!
Keep strong and if you can't manage that then keep in ketosis!

Good luck sorcha, although it sounds like you already know what you are doing, so I am sure all will be fine.

I bought a couple of Britta filters over the weekend and they do a great job with our tap water. I still have to buy sparkling water in bottles though.
