Starting my CD Journey tomorrow.. and CANNOT WAIT!

I plan on making a list of all the reasons why I am doing this and then a second list detailing all the reasons that have made me want to lose the weight..

My idea is that for times when i am wavering I can look at the reasons why I am unhappy with myself now... then look at all the stuff I want to be.. and realise that CD will help me get to that list easier than anything else I have tried and failed at ^^
 
Loose skin concerns?

Various thoughts on this one, you do have the advantage of youth - I'm 41.
I was told by my counsellor that the people who drink well with the water seem to have less of a problem.
There is also recommendations for dry skin body brushing after a bath or shower, followed by applying firming lotions and creams.
Then its exercise - perhaps pop down to your local gym for a consultation once you are in ketosis. If you are not in a position to join you might at least get some ideas about exercises that you could do at home.
I am so lazy, I have an I-JOY rider at home which never gets used, I'm a fine one to be dishing out the advice ha ha x
