Starting my sw journey

I'm finally back on slimming world. Been so stressed since holiday with my mum in and out of hospital. She's currently in but hopefully home tommo so I stared Monday :) also trying insanity along side. The fitness test nearly killed me , haven't even started the work out yet!!!
 
Today I had a pack of belvita biscuits for brekkie ( 3 syns) lunch was 2 linda mc cartney sausages , eggs and toast with quark, dinner was marinated lamb with Cous Cous and peas. Drinks have been diet pink lemonade , water and diet coke. I also bought a crisp maker which uses no oil. I thought that would mean syn free chips but my friend tells me other wise :/ apparently changing the consistency means il eat more of them. They were nice tho!

All so managed 30/45 mins of first insanity last night and sweated like a beast! Yuk!!

Today I ended up at cafe with mum. Chose bacon , sausage, bubble and squeak, eggs and 2 white bread. Il class that all as 15 syns gone even more lol. Has brevity buscuit this morn 3 syns. No lunch as was full. Dinner meatballs and spaghetti with home made sauce and cheese hex a. X
