Starting my weight loss journey on Red Days!

:D Hello All, hope you're all feeling well today!

I am a new starter but I am familiar with SW as did it about 20 years ago - with success. It was pre-children etc and I am now about 3 stone heavier!! I have decided to stick to Red Days for now - hoping for a good loss in these initial first weeks to give me a boost. I am also going to stick to about 5 - 10 syns a day. My menu for today is:

Breakfast: 28g Bitesize Shreddies, Bacon Madalions, 1 egg

HA: 350ml Skimmed Milk
HB: Shreddies and wholemeal bread with 1 tsp flora extra light =0.5

Tuna and salad - 2 tsp olive oil = 4
Fruit and Yogurt

Roast Chicken, Veg,
Gravy Granules 3 tsp = 3
Cranberry Sauce ? hope someone knows!

Total Syns about 7.5
 
Cranberry sauce one level tbsp is 1.5 syns :)
