    Ok well its day one!

    Doing ok so far, but I have to say TFR is definatley harder second time around lol!! I dont remember any hunger pangs like this last time! but I know I can do it!

    I weighing in at my friends house and I was 13 stone 1lb.. so here goes!

    Ive set my target weight as 10stone which I did last time! But found I was happy at 12stone but during refeed i got down to 11stone 2lbs so will more than likely stop there!

    Im going to take measurements and before and after pics this time so ill update my measurements shortly!

    It will get easier once you get into Ketosis - make sure you get plenty of water down you to fill up!

    hey shelly - how are you? i was doing CD a couple of months ago but alas fell off wagon. Boo to me. I am starting exante tomorrow, so good luck to you and to me! hope you are well :)
