There are no groups near me but my Aunt got me a set of books from her group for me.

I've read through it but still am a bit confused?

I can eat as much as I like of free foods and must have a healthy extra from each A and B as well..?

What sort of weight loss should I expect? I'm just over 18 stone :eek: and would love to get down to 12 or so stone.
