Hey all!! I've done CD before and lost almost 2 stone in a couple of weeks but gave up when I went to Glastonbury! I'm
Determined this time more than ever as I turn 30 next year and am getting married in 2013!! So if I can't stick to it now I never will here goes!! X

Hi LeaV, Real good time to start again like the most of us no doubt! Let's hope the determination doesn't get lost this time hey?
I know the feeling well of having that extra oomph to starting and then finding somewhere in the mist it all starts going downhill but this time try to be relxed about it. Any blips can be overlooked by allowing for them in your daily totals as far as possible rather than continually beating yourself up and then losing heart.

Go to it girlie.. I am sure you will get there this time!...

Yeah that's a good point, If I go wrong then I tend to think aw well, I'v blown it now, n give up!! Not this time tho, each new day can b a new start!! X
