I think once you get over week one its a breeze.its hard the 1st few days and it takes time getting used to drinking the water but its managable. My favourite shakes are veg soup, chick&mushroom soup, one/two of the bars, the 2 tetra's are yummy. im not to gone on the sweet shakes in the sachets. Everyone is different though and you should try them all!

    Hi

Good luck - you should be able to lose a 1st in your first 3 weeks. I tend to stick to the tetras with an odd bar here and there.

Let us know how you get on.

    Sara:)
