Step2 810kcal Starting today, excited about changing my life :)

Hi 50 I am good thanks day 3 today for me a struggling a bit feeling very hungry and after brig around every type of food possible today finding a bit tough but staying positive and saved myself a choc shake for later x

How did day 3 go - the first week is always horrid but after that it really does get easier - I can't remember what shakes I had yesterday - I was really busy but went to bed at 10 and couldn't remember if I had actually had my lunch and dinner ones!!! (not good to miss them I know - wasn't planned and genuinely don't know if i did or not). That from someone whose every waking though 3 weeks ago was what food can i eat next, what can I cook etc - and now i can't even remember to eat! Its magic!!!

Yes I survived it lol just day 5 now and close to weigh in time and am noticing my clothes are getting losser so is good, not craving certain foods as much. How long have you been doing it ? X
