Hello everyone I am starting slimfast today.

I was up at 6 oclock this morning and i have done 50 minutes on my bike, was sweating! I am gonna try and do the gym after work as well.

I go on holiday 8 weeks on wednesday so am really going for it. I was gonna do the cambridge but find it too difficult to stick to, far too restrictive, and i wouldn't be able to exercise on shakes only.

I have just had a bowl of slimfast cereal and it was lovely although a bit pricey!

I have got 100 cals of fruit and a cup a soup for 100 cals for my 2 snacks today and i will have a shake this afternoon before the gym. Then i bought some ready meals weight watchers to have with veg for tea! Is my tea 600 cals plus another 100 cal snack if i need it?

Hi Helen, welcome to slimfast, sure you'll get on with it really well as it's not too restrictive. Yes you're dinner is upto 600cals plus another 100 cal eve snack if you want it. Total of 1340 cals a day max.
