Starting Tomorrow

Well my wife starts Exante tomorrow and I am cooking her chicken kebabs and chips as her last meal and boy do I want to join her, the temptation is almost to much, but I will be strong.

Aw you're so lovely for looking after her so well! It will be easier when it's both of you doing this
I make my family dinner every night and my OH his lunch for the next day. He can't believe how I manage to resist but says I'm amazing for doing it and tells me everyday how proud he is. He's also lost half a stone as he wont sit and eat biscuits or anything bad in front of me.

Funny that, my wife has also lost weight, but it is going to be easier with both of us doing this.

no excuse to buy junk food if your both doing exante . Hope its not to bad for her in her first week and good luck x

yay cant wait to hear how she gets on and im guessing this will make the dit so much easier for you too, not havin to cook yummy foods for her. its torture eh? kebabs sounds so good, minus the yucky chips lol. hope she enjoys her last meal and her first week isnt too hard on her xx
