I am going to start tomorrow 100% and I will take pictures n measurements and post them on here, I have a wedding in 4wks tomorrow, which 3months ago I said I'd b 12st 7lbs for. Lol super unrealistic aiming to shed 4st 3lbs in 4 weeks but I'll give it a bloody good shot.

Welcome to the mad house I too am starting 2mrw and I have till sept5th to loose as much as I can, let's see which one of us can loose the most should be a great motivational tool what ya reckon?

Hi - good luck in your journey - maybe 4 stone+ is unrealistic lol - but I'm sure you'll lose loads and look great at the wedding!

Hello, good luck in your SS quest! I've lost nearly 2 stone in 5 weeks so even though 4 stone is unrealistic, you will get some way towards that goal! Xx
