Ok... I've lost 9lb in 4 week, but they were - 4.5lb 1st week 2lb second week 2.5lb third week STS this week My sister however, started at 1.5st LESS than me (so theoretically i should lose slightly faster) on the same day as me and has lost 9.5lb, with two parties and going over her syns by about 150! The difference between us both? I do mostly green and red days with a couple of EE thrown in occasionally. She does solely EE! She's always eating lovely platefuls of food that i feel envious over, but i assumed (foolishly now, it seems!) that losses would be slower on EE as you can eat so much! It seems i was very wrong, so for the next week i'm going to be following EE every day. I must admit that i'm a bit scared, as whenever i've had an EE day in the past i've felt like i'm eating loads (too much for a diet!), and i'm terrified of gaining next week... :cry: But it's worth a shot isn't it? :hmm: How has everyone else found their losses with EE compared to the red and green plans?
