Staying motivated!

This is my first post, made the mistake of doing a blog first thinking it was a thread post. Whoops! Haha :)

Was so pleased this morning, Monday is my weigh day and I lost 3lb this week. This is brill cos the last few weeks I've only been losing 1lb a week. I've been really strict with the plan this week and counting my syns properly which I think has helped. Also I only had 2 days off from doing exercise. I only meant to have 1 day off but got off work over 5hrs late on saturday and was done in!

If anyone likes doing exercise dvds I can definitely recommend the new Nadia one. Its an hour workout and is high impact. The trainer is really good and gives clear instructions. Its quite fun to do and I'm hoping it'll get easier the more I do it. It certainly makes my half hour Davina ones seem a lot easier! :)

My prob is whenever I'm doing well I seem to purposely sabotage myself and put weight back on. I really don't want to do that this week and am hoping being on here will help me avoid this. Does anyone else have this prob?

Anyway I think I've said enough for now, bit of an essay for my first post, haha :)
