Well amazingly enough despite my 10 days of iffy Ness I managed to maintain. Am putting it down too my super good week this week xx

Snack grapes apricot
Dinner sw quiche. Cheese (ha) apple satsuma peach ff yogurt
Tea sw quiche. Jacket potatoe. Cheese ( ha) ff yogurt pear satsuma benefit light bar(hb)

Thanks I can't quite believe it as for food my cooking day in Monday came in useful ashame worked rest of week including all day today. Oh well I guess it keeps me on track

Cornish (home made) with mushy peas
Small piece of lemon cheese cake

Syns who knows but am on nights so will keep syns down rest of week

Well I managed to ear loaf's of the chocolates that were on.the desk last night as my 2 favourites lindor. And terry's choc sensations

Well my tip for the day is don't fall down the stairs at 4 am when your going for a drink and hurt your back

My second tip is don't drive over speed bumps with a sore back
