Breakfast peach mullerlight

Dinner peach 2 crumpets (6) with cheese (ha)

Tea chicken and veg stir fry with noodles

Strawberry grapes and Cherrys to Snack on

Hi yes I put on 8!! I was expecting a gain but not that much but I was talking to the weigh in bloke (I forgot his name) and he said 2 weeks ago everyone lost, which is when I thought u would gain. And last week everyone put on and I missed that class so my gain was this week. It was right tho as I checked in boots so means I have put in 8 in 4 weeks.
Am not happy so am bingeing today then gonna aim for a 100% week this week.
Am glad you did well tho xx I will post food again from tomorrow x
With regards to taking your food with you its not bad once u get used to it and helps keep you on track if u only eat what u take with u xx

Ok so.new start today and am.aiming for A 100% week

Breakfast apple

Dinner scrambled egg with mushroom and spring onion. 2 satsumas

Snack bacon and mushroom sandwich (hb) banana apple

Tea. Gammon mushroom tomatoes onions sw chips

Awww I was expecting a big gain so was a little shocked at the loss. You can get that 8 off with a good week or 2 girl at our group put 8 on in a week but got 6 off the next week so totally doable.

I completely binged the last 2 nights and boy can I tell my face has flared with spots and is greasy and I feel naff

Back on it today and aiming for as low syns as I can possibly do.
Its so hard in the school holidays but hoping I will be shattered from work all week so won't eat as much. Ha fat chance of that.
House work today which is going to be fun the house is a complete tip 5 kids running wild and having food fights :( yuck.
Let's just get this week back on track and aim for a good loss next week.
Fruit and veg shop today going to make mostly salads for lunch at work.

Thanks hun have been and topped up on my fruit and veg this morning and am on nights next week so will hope for a good week. Preparation is Def the key take different things with.your salads so you don't get bored xx

Well.on nights tonight so a varied day

Breakfast banana

Dinner minted lamb loin chops. Cabbage carrots and new potatoes

Have also made sw quiche with bacon mushroom onion and leek and some sw haribo which will hopefully help me through my nights xx
