Thursday 16 August 2012 - 2 pounds off!! :)

B: Fruit salad (cherries, melon), greek yogurt, half a grapefruit.

L: Roast chicken and egg salad, cheese (half hexa), syn free chilli sauce.

D: Breaded chicken (2/6 hexb), cous cous, cauliflower and broccoli topped with cheese (full hexa).

Snacks: Nectarine.

Syns:

E: 1.5 hours of cardio and weights (arms).

B: Fruit salad (cherries, melon, strawberries, raspberries), greek yogurt, half a grapefruit.

L: Open sandwich with 2 slices wholemeal bread (hexb), light salad cream (0.5 syn), chicken, cheese (half hexa), large salad and cucumber.

D: Hairy Bikers chicken korma, brown rice, green beans, added muller greek yogurt with coconut (half a syn, but wont add as it was between two so negligible).

Snacks: 1 crackerbread (smidge philly part of hexa) (1 syn for crackerbread). Nectarine, orange.

Syns: 1.5

E: 1.5 hours of cardio and weights (legs).

Had a fabulous meal out at weekend and alcohol (used all syns), topped it all off with cliff diving and tubing weekend....45 foot cliff dive wooooooo!

L: Roast chicken and salad with 2 crackerbreads (2/6 hexb, philly light (1/2 hexa).

D: Chinese chicken stir-fry, wholewheat noodles, loads of veg.

D: Mushroom soup, cheesy beans on toast with egg (hexa+b).

L: Chicken, orange and nectarine.

D: Baked tattie, beans and cheese (hexa), large sald.

Snacks: Nectarine/cherries.

D: Shredded chicken stir-fry with loads of veg and wholewheat noodles.

L: Egg topped with salad, philly light (0.5/2 hexa).

2nd L (after gym): 2 crakerbreads (2/6 hexb) topped with philly light (1/2 hexa) and beans/salad.

D: Leftover meatballs, wholewheat spaghetti, asparagus, carrots, salad.

Snacks: Orange.

E: 1.5 hours of cardio and weights (arms). Zumba class at night.

D: Turkey breast, potatoes and broccoli topped with piri piri sauce (1 syn).

L: Roast beef salad with 4 ryvita crackerbreads (5/6 hexb) topped with 2 lcel (will count as full hex), salad cream light (0.5 syns).

D: Chinese chicken stir fry, loads of veg, sweet chilli sauce and peanut butter (3 syns).

Snacks: Nectarine

Syns: 3.5

D: Pesto prawns with whole wheat spaghetti, mushrooms, onion, chilli, peppers and a tomato salad (3 syns for pesto).

Snacks: Nectarine.
