Well worked my a$$ off in the gym, so here is hoping I get a sts....or better still a pound off!

B: Fruit salad (cherries, plum, raspberries, blackberries), greek yogurt, half a grapefruit, quarter of a melon.

L: Chicken salad, lots of veg, philly light (0.5/2 hexa).

D: Baked potato, beans, philly light (1/2 hexa), big salad.

Hey you have done brilliantly - I was awful at the weekend as I was away, but I did work really hard at the gym to make up and it paid off...thankfully! You look fab in your pic and you will do this....you are definitely not crap :) xx

D: Italian pasta, lots of herbs, spices and veg, whole wheat pasta, broccoli, philly light (1.5/2 hexa).

Snacks: Cherries, 2 scan bran (3/5 hexb), philly light (2/2 hexa)

E: 1.5 hours cardio and legs.

L: 1 ryvita crackerbread (1/6 hexb), philly light (0.5/2 hexa), chicken, large salad, bit of pasta on side from last night.

D: 2 sausages (4 syns), garlic mash, mushroom and onion gravy (1 syn), carrots and green beans.

Back from Sonafest 2012, had an amazing time, camping, drinking, music...wow, wish I could do it all again. Weigh-in tmrw will be awful but I had an absolute ball, best thing to do is get back on it!
