D: Italian style turkey breast mince, lots of spices, quark, onion, mushroom, green beans, broccoli, whole wheat penne, tbsp light salad cream (0.5 syns).

D: Homemade turkey burgers (turkey breast mince, chilli, coriander, onion, quark, tomato puree), spicy wholewheat noodles, salad.

D: Roast chicken, potatoes, green beans, onions, mushrooms, gravy (1 syn), yorkshire pudding (4.5 syns), beans.

Friday and Saturday were both off-plan days as I was away camping - I did eat lots of free food, but did drink alcohol (bacardi). These were both planned off-plan days. Hopefully it won't show on the scales. I did do a 2 hour hill walk to compensate :)

Ok Friday the 13th was a bad weekend!!! It was a weekend away and I will be honest I didn't count syns. It was great and I enjoyed it, now back to health and fitness!
