STEP 2 - CAMBRIDGE DIET - SUPPORT NEEDED PLEASE!!!

I have been sticking to the Cambridge Diet Plan religiously for the last 12 weeks. For the last two weeks I have been doing STEP 2 and would say I'm struggling more now that I have introduced good. Does anyone else find this? Also, is it worth buying a recipe book as I've done all the recipes on the app already? Please help!!
 
Hi - you probably want to use the Cambridge Diet threads.
I do thin introducing food can make it so much harder, but meal planning, exercise, and lots and lots of water can all help.
