step 5

well as its coming up to the time, thought i would post.
on the 28th of oct am going on holiday, so on Monday the 17th 2 weeks before i go i am planning and have discussed this with my cdc about going onto step 5, as the higher calorie intake will prepare my body for when i am on holiday.

just wondering what your thoughts are on this and what meal suggestions you have :D
