Well bugger me!!!! I WI this am as i got back from my parents last night and i have lost 1lb!! this is despite stuffing my face with EVERYTHING in sight....no gym.....BUT i have done the 30 day hred every day ( Level 2) and its obviously worked!!!!! im made up!! back on it today, 1700 cals......gotta lose a stone in 8 weeks according to specialists thats where i need to be........
 
Stupid crisps. They keep falling in my mouth...how unfair?????????

Got WI tomorrow but i have decided to pull back on the gym a bit and focus on the food as im falling off ghe food wagon big time. Being at my parents last week and not doing loads of exercise made me realise just how much i really do and that overtraining could stop me losing lbs... So im gonna do an hour a day instead of almost 2 hours, hopefully i will be back at work soon anyway as today i am now officially unemployed!! Got interview tomorrow and a few lined up next week so i should be able to shift my focus from food!!

Im trying to avoid crisps too. Can never eat just one bag!

Also avoiding the gym and focusing on your eating is a good idea methinks. Sort one thing at a time. Once the eatings on track add the gym again.

woo hooo, got a 2nd interview!!!

3 days of no crisps or chocolate, cut back on the gym, and generally feeling good. just need to see the scales shift please so i know its all worth it and the specialist will be a happy camper.

Weekend out this week, gotta watch it BUT i have burnt 2400 cals in the gym in the last 3 days so that should counteract any over indulgence - If i havea hangover Sunday will be the day i need to watch!! however i have my trusty pre - made shakes and fruit!
 
Right, i have been an angel this week, even tho i had a night out on sat i still cal counted and stopped when i reached my limit and switched to diet coke......Monday i was 2lb down, today ( my WI day) i am STS....
WTF????????????????? I havnt stuffed my face since Monday, i have been very focused,m im in the gym every morning for 90 mins or so and burn around 800 cals so something aint right.

Had a chat with personal trainer ad he still says im not eating enough, i dont want to eat more!! so im cutting back the work outs so they are bout 45mins, i only burn about 500 cals then, and stick to my 1700 cals.......WHY is life when your dieting NEVER bloody simple ???????!!!
 
Wooooooooo Hoooooooooo...........i have been an angel this week, i decided to follow the old WW plan but still have at least one shake a day and i lost 3lb this week!! im made up, i weigh less now than i did when i got married in 2008 ( only by 1lb but i LOVE that lb!!!) am very happy. AND i got a job yesterday - happy days all round!!!
