not been on for a few days, been trying to stay off the laptop so i get the decoraing done!! got my 1st WI tomorrow with the 'extra cals' still burning around 750 - 900 each gym session every morning and still having my shake straight after!!

not much has changed for me so just checking in really.
 
Let us know how the weigh in went. Also how is the decorating going?
Saw cottage cheese on your menu, going to get some.

2.5lb off!!!!!! i cant blinking beleive it - the extra cals have deffo paid off, as thats 7lb in 4 weeks which i am over the moon with!!

Stig - Cottage cheese - yum!!! i like the Asda one with the sweet chilli in it...............nom nom nom!!!
 
Well done, you are right it has paid of. It is a hard concept to realise we have to eat to loose, I must eat more.
 
Well dine Steph! Brilliant result. Eating more has paid off then :0) how many eat cals did you start again? I think I could be doing the same myself x
 
Had the cottage cheese for lunch with those original ryvita crisp breads really nice and much more filling than I thought it would be.
 
Yummy Mummy - i have around 1700 cals now, but i burn around 750 each morning in the gym, i have also changed fromhaving 2 shakes, i have 1 shake after the gym and then i have real food for the next 2 meals ( soup for lunch) in fact i am kind of followingthe old WW plan so i can keep trak of what im eating - this with the shake seems to be working!!

Stig - Cottage cheese is deffo the way foreward - nice on a jacket potato!!!!! nom nom!!!

im glad i didnt up my cals coz ive been lazy and only exercised once this week haha great loss well done!! x
 
I don't mean to copy you but I am going to again today .... Soup. I am trying to mix up my diet and I saw soup and I am going to have it. Thanks

Asda do a simmer soup ( chicken noodle) they are 4 sachets for £1 and the whole thing when made up is less than 100 cals! i chuck a few mushrooms in it as well - its LUSH!!!x
 
bk - Its a Simmer Soup, in a brown sachet, chicken noodle....they dont advertise it as lowfat or a slim soup but it is!!!
 
Friday 4th Feb

I AM SICK OF DECORATING!!!! its official, i wish i had never started the bloody thing......stupid redundancy.
OK, now thats out of my system, im working my toosh off in the gym and then coming home and getting on with the painting...2 coats down, 1 ( OR 2) more to go and then its all downhill for me!
Food wise im going ok, had a row with the biscuit time last night but hey ho, burnt 750 cals in gym y/day and 850 today so think i have made up for them!!
my poor arms are killing - hopefully they will be more toned as a result of painting a ceiling - twice....why is it the room looks so small UNTIL you have to paint the ceiling, by yourself, twice!! haha!!
got the next apt with specialist next Thurs so every pound counts this week!!!!

Your room will look lovely when you have finished (well it better!).

Bk....... i go to an all mans gym!!!!! It only costs me a fiver a week....

Tuesday 8th feb.

Im starting to dread wednesdays!!! Got drs thur so would like to see some sort of loss please. Im 2.5lb off 2nd target of wedding day weight and 7lb off 1st stone. Im going home next week to see the family and im taking 30 day shred with me as decorating will be done my weekend so i can start it and do the full 30 days....will report in tomorrow. X

woo hoo, another pound off - its a steady loss and im really happy with that as ia m still managing to have a life and do 'nomal' things. My average loss is 1.5 a week which is ok, i would rather it take me a long time ad actually get the weight off than me last 2 weeks on a fad diet and end up heavier than i started..........bring on next week!...actually bring on tomorrow - we will see what the Drs scales say!!!!
