Morning Steph. Bfast has been my salvation - used to have yogurt and cereal and then be hungry and starving all morning anyway. Now have bacon and eggs and keeps me going most of the way to lunch :D
 
Oh goodness I fell right off the wagon!!! Normally I would just go back to unhealthy eating. But I am not! I only had 2 slices of bread and a few chips and some full fat coke but I know its enough to mess up grrr. So I am jumping back on rather than just giving up xxx
 
Thankyou. Going to Morrisons soon to buy a nice big chicken for a sunday roast. No potatoes but loads of chicken and greens instead lol

I think it was all the vodka I had on Friday night, gave me cravings. Going to avoid drinking until I get back into it now so I can get properly focused and organised.
 
yes, same here Steph, booze always gives me the munchies, I stuff my face full of kebab and onion sald from a tray rather than a pitta.
