Stepper

I was thinking of getting a stepper to tone my legs and thighs! Does anyone know if that will work well? or should i stick to resistance training for legs or both?
 
I have a stepper but am not currently using it as it has a weight restriction ggrrrrr.
 
Stepping is resistance and cardio so should be a good workout for you. Probably best to ease yourself into it though.
 
I have a stepper and it's like most exercise equipment... it works if you use it... otherwise it becomes an expensive clothes rack.

What is that weight? You should use it as one of your goals!
 
I'm going to vacuum my living room throughly, do the proper tidy up and bring my stepper back downstairs -- and I'm going to make myself use whilst I watch tele. No, really I am. I mean it this time. I promise.

i just steppers at the gym and i loved it, you could twist on it as well. toned you waist as well :)
