Stepper

    I was thinking of getting a stepper to tone my legs and thighs! Does anyone know if that will work well? or should i stick to resistance training for legs or both?

    I have a stepper but am not currently using it as it has a weight restriction ggrrrrr.

    I have one, it's worked in the past. Really pulls at the muscles at the back of my thighs (which I guess means it's doing something!).

    Step aerobics is good too!

    Stepping is resistance and cardio so should be a good workout for you. Probably best to ease yourself into it though.

    I have a stepper and it's like most exercise equipment... it works if you use it... otherwise it becomes an expensive clothes rack.

    I think between 14-16 st? Maybe they're different for each. I'll look at mine tomorrow.

    i just steppers at the gym and i loved it, you could twist on it as well. toned you waist as well :)
