Stepping over from VLCD

Hi all,

I have been doing Cambridge TFR and as my financial situation changed this week, I have had to adapt my own diet, which consists of cambridge sachets (to use what I have left) and a low carb evening meal. I feel so much better cutting out the bad carbs like bread/pasta/potatoes, its made a huge difference!

So, just wanted to say Hi :) :) :)

I will probably continue like this until I use up my remaining sachets, then stick to a low carb diet. I'm finding that cutting out all the bad carbs has made me more awake, alert and not so bloated, and losing weight too :)
