I've just stewed some bramley apples and blackberries with sweetner, mixed spice, lemon rind and vanilla extract - its yummy :)

I know you can have stewed fruit as a HB but can I now weigh it out once cooked to determine how much to have for a HB ? Would it be easier to syn it ? Would most people actually syn this or have it free  ?

Thanks !

I think I would weigh it to the mixed weight of the hex b option (340g combined) and use it as that as a one off.

Thanks! Would you normally need to weigh it out raw?

I usually weigh it raw, then put in slowcooker for 2-3 hours on high.
Yummy with sweetened fat free sweetened yogurt poured over!

so Apples, cooking, stewed without sugar 113g

2 Syns on Extra Easy Original 2 Syns Green 2 Syns

is this 113g RAW weight or STEWED weight??

I always take it as raw weight, but weighed after peeling and coring!
