Wonder if someone can help - I was planning on making this stir fry for tea tonight and have lent my cookbook to my mother in law.

Can someone refresh me as to what I marinate the turkey in

and what the stir fry ingredients are...I remember it has a can of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts in but then a blank...
