Sticky mouth!?

Hi guys,
Just wanted to ask, has anyone else noticed that their mouth gets sticky and dries up when talking? I have had this happen twice and was wondering, is there a reason & can anything be done to prevent it???

keep drinking your water throughout the day, and it goes away!

i wake up with the dryest mouth in the world so i know what your talking about!

yes..it's horrid.

I am constantly waking during the night with a mouth like an old boot! Even drinking a litre during the night doesn't solve it. I have a cold so am breathing through my mouth and I think that isn't helping either.

Aye, that's something I've noticed too. I generally do as the others have said, and just have some water with me at all times.
