still cal counting but trying to eat only when i hungry

    Have you tried this option...
    only to eat when you feel hungry?
    my hubby suggested this...he is a pt...
    funny a pt having a fat wife eh:wave_cry:
    i am sure all the clients and class members are like wtf:eek:

    the ones that knew me before are ok as they know what has happened to lead to this state.
    Anyhow trying it myself since yesterday and i think my stomach has either got used to not feeling AS FULL or i am really trying hard as i know i have gone to far...
    :sigh:..i ate less today:)

    eat slowly, its easier to tell when ur full, and put ur fork down between each mouth full, advise of paul mckenner. on living atm. i guess eat when ur hungry and small meals often maybe, as well as watch the cals of what you eat.... oh lots of thing for you to keep on top of there

    thanks normally i am shuving it in...i am always the one first finished...and ready for dessert...No longer tho eh?!?
