still losing

Hi everybody
just an update,lost another 4llbs this week so the diet continues to work.Now into 8th week and 3st 2lb has disappeared.For the people in there 1st week on this diet,in my experience this can be the week that can possibly catch you out.Please stick at it and you will get your rewards.
