Still Struggling to lose weight

Hi everyone

My name is Wendyanne and have had PCOS since my twenties which has led to being unable to concieve,much weight gain,and two years ago Type2 Diabetes which I am now controlling with diet{low gi}Metformin and lots and lots of exercise

Looking forward to chatting with you all and sharing my experiences of this horrible disease called PCOS.....
