Stir Fry Syns

Hi all

I had a stir fry last night and was curious as to roughly how many syns would be in it (am off plan at the mo)

I do EE, and had veg pack from Tesco with chicken and egg noodles and a sweet chilli sauce

Were the egg noodles ready prepared or did you cook them from dry? Prepared noodles are ½ syn for 28g because of the oil they put in it to stop them sticking. If they were dry then they are free on green and EE. Your chicken (providing skin is removed and wasn't coated in anything) would be free and the veg would be free. So you're only counting the chilli sauce. Sweet chilli sauce is 1.5 syns per level TBSP.

they were prepared noodles, and have no idea how much i had lol however nice and low on syns
