Stock cubes

So I've found some reduced salt stock cubes in Tesco by Knorr, but I was wondering what else was out there.

What stock does everyone buy, and which is the best and where do you buy it from?

If I use them I use half an Oxo - but they are bad and not allowed - not found low fat ones.

In France, there are "fat free" ones... in his recipe book, he talks of "low salt" ones...
