Stomach stapling for TEENS?

Did anyone else hear this on the news??? NHS are thinking of doing this for 16 yr olds.....wow....cant believe that!!!

Apparently it will be 'where all else has failed' I defy anyone to prove 'all else has failed' for 16 year olds!!!
