Well yesterday on the 790 thread i asked this question..
My cdc said i could swop the 1/2 pint of skimmed milk for anything within the same Kcal amount on page 33 of yellow book..(eg 100g reduced fat cottage cheese)
I got a lot of mixed veiws on this, and i could not get hold of my CDC to double check..
So this morning i rang CD HQ to check and they have confirmed that my cdc was right and its fine to swop your milk for the reduced fat cottage cheese, but she advised me not to swop it for the brie !!
