Plus LOOK HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME you've lost SO much weight and yes it's damned hard but each day you stick to it is one day less that you have to be on it. you CAN and WILL do this

i no but this week been horrendous!ill be ok!!!havent cheated yet had a tiny bit too much chicken on sat but nothing to bad!just beed to keep the willpower!thanks gang xx

Hi look at it this way a lot of us get real munchy attacks during TOTM so at least you get to eat SOMETHING! Keep up your water, take any painkillers you need so you don't feel the need to 'comfort eat' & see those scales FALL!!! As Nina said anything which doesn't come off this time will NEXT week.Hugsxxxxx
