Day 1:
I don't really do breakfast unless it's cereal, last time i checked i think they're high in carbs - right?
Lunch: Tuna/Cucumber/Pepper/Tomato/Grated Carrot Salad with olive oil drizzle
Tea: Omelette (with my chickens eggs - yum) with matessons sausage (0 carbs!
) pepper, mushrooms and parsley (never used parsely before but started growing it in the garden.
I think i may have eaten too much for tea, i tend to be one of those eaters who eat what's on the plate so maybe next time won't dish as much up.... i now feel a little nauseous.
Going to Tesco tomorrow to find more goodies to eat.
