StrongBirds Diary

Day 1:
I don't really do breakfast unless it's cereal, last time i checked i think they're high in carbs - right?

Lunch: Tuna/Cucumber/Pepper/Tomato/Grated Carrot Salad with olive oil drizzle

Tea: Omelette (with my chickens eggs - yum) with matessons sausage (0 carbs! :eek:) pepper, mushrooms and parsley (never used parsely before but started growing it in the garden.

I think i may have eaten too much for tea, i tend to be one of those eaters who eat what's on the plate so maybe next time won't dish as much up.... i now feel a little nauseous.

Going to Tesco tomorrow to find more goodies to eat.

Hope you enjoy atkins - it has reignited my love of food, recipies and cooking - how often can you say that on a diet;) oh yes - and i'm losing lots of weight while really enjoying life!

It is worth getting a plan and being well stocked up - just some initial thoughts
You need breakfast! There are lots of ideas - try doing a search of threads think we had one with list of things to have.
Suggest you take out tomato and carrot in induction as carby
Dont forget to eat when hungry (legal snacks), never til stuffed only satisfied, and tons of water. All the leftovers get used as snacks and actually left over omelette would make a great brekkie!
